Setup can't be installed from a network path

If you try to install the setup (PackInstallerBeta.exe) from a network disk you get a security exception.
You should add a security check before launching the setup (to give back better feedback).

Thanks for the feedback! You're right that I need to handle the security exceptions better in Pack Installer. The workaround is to run it from a local drive, as the app needs full trust in order to execute. I'll try and get this added as something to fix before the next release goes out.
