Crash on first run

description

I don't think I even had the chance to click before the packinstaller crashed.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

I did some debugging and found that the ContentLength property is not being set to a good value anymore in our requests for files hosted on CodePlex, so we try to use -1 in our calculation of what the progress value should be while downloading. I've added the code to make the app not crash anymore in this situation and go from a 0 to full progress. I'll be checking in the code and doing a 1.0.1 release as soon as possible to fix this issue. Thanks for reporting it!
